DK-504 hydrolyzer is applied to the hydrolysis of COS in the process of chemical feed gas made from oil, coal and coke. The new desulfurization process, which consists of COS hydrolysis catalyst and H2S fine desulfurizer in series, can clean the trace H2S, COS and other sulfides in various feed gas and liquid hydrocarbon, and make the total sulfur less than 0.03ppm, so as to protect the subsequent synthesis catalyst.
