DK-04 acetylene hydrogenation catalyst was designed and prepared with eggshell structure to improve the catalytic effect of precious metal and acetylene hydrogenation selectivity.

The product is used for removing trace acetylene from ethylene produced by polyolefin industry. Widely used in selective hydrogenation to remove diolefin, widely used in natural gas to acetylene (acetylene tail gas), calcium carbide furnace gas, coke oven gas and other secondary carbon monoxide industrial tail gas hydrogenation conversion process.
